Some of what I'm experiencing today. One of my knees is aching bad! It doesn't help much that my ACL surgery is 14 years old. So, why is it aching?
1. Lack of exercise
2. Dehydration
3. Depletion of Vitamins and Minerals.
I'm not a health expert *Yet*, however I know these are the major causes of my pain and joint weakness in my knees.
People, both big and small tend to think it's not what you do that affects some of your aches. Much of the time it's what we don't do. I know when I'm on my work out regimen, eating right and taking my vitamins my knee plus all my other joints feel superior. A time comes when I take a break then I get to feeling fatigued and in pain.
My regimen for the next week.
Daily-
20-30 minute walks
Stretches
Muscle Building Exercises
64 oz of water
Multi-Vitamins
This next week is all about preparing for my rigorous workouts again. I will progress on the following Tuesday.
