To Post or Not to Post

This is for all the 30 somethings out there AND by far the most exciting blog I have.

Since the latter part of 2010 I have gained a whopping *looks around to see who's listening* 30 lbs.  Not only am I upset but I really did not want to post this as a topic.  However, I have decided to to give it a go and post my results.  Not just the end results but the progress and updates.  Do I really want to do this out in the open, um NO! But hey there are people out there who may find something beneficial in this blog.

I used to be a fanatic when it came to avoiding things like transfats, fried foods, the bad carbs and anything in a box or can.  So I know how to eat right and exercise I just got off course in the process.  I know it started around the holidays last year.  I fluctuated a little bit here and there but nothing to major.  But we all know how it works, 1 lb turns into 2, 2 lbs turns into 4, 4 into 6, then 8, 10, 13, 20 and then WTHeck...LOL What happened?  I am here to put a stop it and share my experiences, knowledge and hopefully vital information to get fit and STAY there!

I will be starting my weight loss updates soon, healthy blog soon.
